Idyllic village house down to the street pond

House on two floors of 200 m2 with a shelter in the garden. We have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom as well as duvets, pillows and towels. Nice large garden with shelter, tree top house, campfire, swing rack, trampoline. Large wooden terrace of 30 m2 overlooking the street, barbecue and table with chairs for 8 people. Stone terrace in the back with benches. It is 50 m to shopping and 3 km to a beautiful bathing lake (limestone quarry), 3 km to the beach. Great for running and cycling trips. Close to Copenhagen, Roskilde and Køge. The space The house dates from 1850, but has been continuously renovated, most recently in 2020 with utility room and bathroom. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. Nice parking options in the driveway and in front of the hedge on the cobblestone square. Possibility of charging an electric car. Guest access The entire house except for the Gable Room on the 1st floor, where we have put the things that guests are not allowed to use. Other things to note - Cleaning is required after the stay. - Bed linen must be brought. - We have towels We have a cute cat (Karolo) that needs to be cared for during the stay. That is, food, water and it can get in and out through the cat flap, and it is an outdoor cat, so you can just close the doors to the entrance if you do not want it in the rest of the house. Karlo is very affectionate and calm by nature - he is known in most of the village because he loves to be petted :)
