This house is over 4000 sq ft. The bedroom comes with a large living room that is shared if the other bedrooms are rented. There is a large flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount and Hulu in the living room and in each bedroom. The entry doors to the living room can be closed for privacy. Walk in laundry room and screened back porch. There are 27 private acres if you want to take a walk in the woods, 4 miles of community trails, and a pool and tennis courts are also available. The space There is also a 12 X 24 screened in back porch that is shared. Guest access The sunroom is not available for use at this time. During your stay Feel free to text or call me before or during your stay if you have any questions, needs or concerns. Other things to note The sunroom is not available at this time. Early checkin and late checkout can be accommodated if there is availability but you must contact host to discuss for approval. Please- do not wear shoes on hardwood floors. do not burn candles. do not burn incense. no plug-ins or air fresheners. do not use perfume or cologne inside the house. do not remove the mattress pad from bed. unregistered guest are not allowed unless approved ahead of time. ear buds are provided if you want to watch TV in your room after quiet hours. use family friendly language. Smoking is not allowed in the home, garage or screened in back porch. You may smoke on the front porch, in the yard or in the covered treehouse in the back yard. This is a family home, drinking in a respectful manner and in moderation is acceptable. However, if you have a problem with alcohol or drugs, this home would not be a good fit for you. It is important to me that my guest feel like they are at their home away from home and know that they are welcome here.
