The space Start your morning with breakfast on the garden terrace, basking in the first rays of sunlight. Enjoy a majestic experience as the sun rises from the mountains, illuminating the entire garden until 12:30 PM. The terrace is perfect for lunch with a seating area for 5 people and sun blinds if needed. At 4:00 PM, the sun moves to the pool terrace, providing an ideal time for a swim or a 5-minute walk to the lake. The ground-floor apartment features a cozy terrace with dining space. Glass sliding doors lead to the living/kitchen area, where the dining table can be adjusted for space optimization. The living room includes a sofa convertible into a bed for 2. The master bedroom has a double bed, garden access, reading lights, and ceiling fan. Mosquito nets on doors ensure peaceful nights. Storage is available under the bed and in a dresser with changing facilities for young children. A sliding door connects the kitchen/living room to the second bedroom, with a daybed for 2 and a workspace. The garden-facing glass door fills the room with natural light. A small hallway between the main bedroom and bathroom has storage for jackets and outerwear. The bright, heated bathroom includes a thermostat for comfort. The garden features a small morning-sun terrace, surrounded by flowers, plants, and a laundry area. Other things to note The apartment is in energy class B, designed for optimal sustainability. It features automatic air conditioning and a bathroom thermostat. The air conditioning is controlled by the housing administration and may be off during spring/summer or fall/winter. For this reason, ceiling fans are provided in the living room and main bedroom, a portable fan in the smaller bedroom, and a heater if needed. The swimming pool is closed between 13:30-15:00 for lunch and typically open from mid-May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. A swim cap is mandatory, and guests must shower before entering the pool. PS: The pool is usually open from mid-May to September, but the administration determines the schedule, so we cannot guarantee the exact opening or closing dates.
