A space with a great location in downtown Ubatuba, close to shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, produce markets and a pharmacy, about 800 meters from Itaguá beach. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator, private garage for one vehicle, swimming pool, sauna and barbecue grill. The nearby beaches are Perequê, Tenório and Praia Grande. We DO NOT accept smokers or pets The space The apartment is on the first floor, with a living/dining room and an integrated gourmet balcony, kitchen and laundry room. Two bedrooms, one en-suite and one shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed and in the living room there is a double sofa bed that accommodates two people. Fans in the bedrooms and living room, well-ventilated apartment. The maximum number of people in the apartment is five. We DO NOT provide bed linen, pillows, blankets, bath towels, iron and hair dryer. The kitchen has household items such as pots, dishes, cups, glasses, tapower, cold boards, sandwich maker, microwave and dish towels/American set. Guest access Guests will have access to the shared pool, sauna and barbecue area. The barbecue and sauna must be scheduled by the resident, not the guests. Other things to note Guests must follow the information that will be provided once the reservation is confirmed, as well as the condominium and apartment rules. The apartment has an Intelbrás electronic lock and the keys have tags for the door and access gates to the apartment. DO NOT lose the keys, and in the event of loss, you will be charged 300.00 for the loss.
