Welcome to my lovingly furnished 27 sqm apartment in picturesque Schwerin Ostorf! Located on the first floor of an elaborately renovated villa dating from 1924, this stylish retreat offers the perfect retreat for singles and couples. Enjoy the quiet and friendly atmosphere of our home community. Lake Schwerin, the impressive Schlossgarten and the lively city center are just a short walk away. The space My lovingly designed apartment offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. You sleep in a large king size bed with 1.60 m width and large spring mattress. The living room, illuminated by 5 windows, also offers you a nice small dining area with two comfortable chairs, a 50-inch smart TV incl. Cable TV and for all music fans there is a Bluetooth speaker. If you prefer to browse books or magazines, there is enough reading material available. The Wi-Fi is great and fast enough (20 Mbit/s download, 2.5 Mbit/s upload) for streaming HD movies and of course for the home office. All windows are provided with blinds and additionally with blackout folding blinds. A wardrobe and a dresser are available for your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with the usual basic equipment of cutlery, cooking & dining utensils. Each guest will of course receive a new sponge, dishcloth and dish towel. A mini oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as toaster, kettle and a super Nespresso coffee machine complete the facilities. Some basics such as spices, tea and coffee capsules are at your disposal free of charge. A spacious shower awaits you in the bathroom. For each of you, I provide clean towels, a large bath towel and a medium one. Hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper and tissues are of course available. In addition, cotton pads and cotton swabs. For those who have forgotten their toothbrush: Don't panic, I have toothpaste and toothbrushes there! The house has a shared terrace in the garden, which you are welcome to use. In addition, you can use the communal terrace in the garden, wonderful in summer. Other things to note Check-in is super easy. One day before your arrival, you will receive a message from me with all the necessary information and the code for the key safe.
