Welcome to my lovingly furnished 27 sqm apartment in picturesque Schwerin Ostorf! Located on the first floor of an elaborately renovated villa from 1924, this stylish retreat offers the perfect retreat for singles and couples. Enjoy the quiet and friendly atmosphere of our house community. Lake Schwerin, the impressive castle garden and lively downtown are just a short walk away. The space My lovingly designed apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will sleep in a large king-size bed with 1.60 m wide and large spring mattress. The living room, illuminated by 5 windows, also offers a beautiful small dining area with two comfortable chairs, a 50-inch smart TV incl. Cable TV and for all music fans there is a Bluetooth box. If you prefer to go through books or magazines, there is plenty of reading material. The wifi is great and fast enough (20 Mbit/s download, 2.5 Mbit/s upload) for streaming HD movies and of course for the home office. All windows are provided with blinds and additionally with darkening folding blinds. For your clothes, a cloakroom and a dresser are ready. The kitchen is equipped with the usual basic equipment of cutlery, cooking and eating utensils. Of course, every guest gets a new sponge, dishcloth and tea towel. A mini oven, fridge with freezer as well as toaster, kettle and a super Nespresso coffee machine complete the equipment. Some basics like spices, tea, and coffee pods at your disposal for free. There is a spacious shower waiting for you in the bathroom. For each of you, I provide clean towels, a big shower towel, and a medium. Hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper and tissues are of course available. Also cotton pads and cotton swabs. For those who have forgotten your toothbrush: Don't panic, I have toothpaste and toothbrushes there! The house has a shared terrace in the garden, which you are welcome to use. Guest access This whole apartment is just for you. You can also use the shared terrace in the garden, wonderful in summer.
