Spectacular house in the village of Montemayor, located in the heart of the Cordoba countryside and 30 km from the capital (20 minutes by the A-45 highway). Newly renovated and equipped with top quality furniture and facilities to make guests feel at home. Gastronomic and tourist information will be provided to all guests. The space The accommodation has 3 floors laid out as follows: - On the ground floor, a nice living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a TV with streaming service and a nice table with 4 chairs. In turn, a bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances, dining table and patio. - On the first floor, three bedrooms and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. The master bedroom with a double bed (140x200), one second with an extendable bed for two (160x200) and the third with two single beds (80x100). - Lastly and on the second floor, two terraces connected through a small landing. The one on the left with a large table and views of the interior patio on the first floor. The one on the right and as a star point of our place, with breathtaking panoramic views of the village, the Cordoba countryside and on clear Sierra Nevada days. It's a magical place to breathe in pure nature. Add that all rooms have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.
