There are four bathrooms, two ensuite, and the pool house has another shower room. Isle Hill is the perfect getaway retreat, with lots of exciting facilities including a large, modern games room above the garage with table tennis, pool table, table football and comfortable sofas which opens onto a fabulous raised terrace with views over lovely pine woods and valley beyond. Tennis rackets and balls not supplied. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open May to September) and a flood lit tennis court for the fun to continue after dark. The gas BBQ and evening terrace has a stunning view over Watership Down. Three bathrooms and two bedrooms have been redecorated in December - February 2024, along with the kitchen, utility room and games room. A new carpet throughout the whole house was also installed. Plus a new pool cover. A hot tub can be arranged for an extra cost of £300 for 3 nights. Other things to note The charming village of Kingsclere is one mile away. Take advantage of the Village Butcher for your BBQ’s. Swan Street Stores is well stocked for last minute fresh fruit and veg or anything you’ve forgotten. A walk through the woods and down the fields leads to the Bel and Dragon pub with cozy fires and delicious roasts, highly recommended for lunch. Highclere Castle is in the next village offering tours round the house and garden or Tutankhamen Exhibiton. Check their website for dates and offers. Newbury Racecourse, Sanford Springs Golf Club or Manydown Tennis which has a new indoor padel court offer local additional entertainment.
