It is conveniently located less than 12 minutes away from the Coast Guard Academy, Navy base, Ocean Beach, Harkness Park, Mohegan Sun Casino, Foxwoods Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, Naskart the largest indoor Go Kart Racing in New England, and the Infamous Eugene O'Neil Theater. The house is around the corner from restaurants, and shopping centers. The space A Family Friendly Cozy Place to stay. The house features fast wifi and two bedrooms with king-size beds, an a full size trundle bed. Big backyard for yard games or some BBQ grilling. We desire to make things sweet and simple for our guests so that they can relax. Ps4 is upstairs in a bedroom in case parents want to watch TV downstairs while the kids play games upstairs. Want to go to the beach for the day, take the parking pass and go to Ocean Beach, and enjoy some fun in the sun. Ocean beach is one of the top beaches on the East Coast. Guests will love how convenient the house is located to destinations. When departing the house you will have to type in the code to lock the door. Side note in the event of a late check-out and there was no communication between us to authorize it. There will be an additional charge of up to 100$ for every 20-30 minute block of time you are there beyond check out. Laundry is located in the basement. It's not a finished basement for guests to relax and chill. It's only accessible to be able to provide the amenities of washing and drying clothes.
