Bed nightstand lamps include 110 v plug and USB plug, all lights are dimmable, warm fireplace with timer. Window seat is big enough to sleep in as well if needed. Free Wifi, Large TV, Netflix, Kitchen includes: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, fresh ground gourmet coffee maker with timer, french press coffee maker, electric hot water kettle and Teas. You are welcome to anything we have. Please enjoy! All new luxurious bedding, sheets, blankets, mattress pad, pillows, towels. Also included: Humidifier, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We LOVE Dogs! If bring your pet, we trust and welcome that your dog is well-behaved, non-barker, non destructive & potty trained! I have a doggie gate located in closet you can set it up to keep pet in kitchen area off carpet when away if you like. Pet fee $40 per dog. (2 dog's maximum small to medium only). E-CAR charging power station located in garage as well. When done with charging please re park your car. Please purchase travel insurance if you can. Especially in winter months. My co-host / house cleaner doesn't miss any details. But, I have to say every guest with or without pets have left it just perfect! We enjoy coming up every couple of weeks, bring new sheets, fresh coffee, supplies and make upgrades. As a guest at this property you are welcome to use: *Heated outdoor public Pool/Jacuzzi & Gym (Please bring your towels from home for pool, if you forget I do have a couple pool towels in closet just please remember to return them and put in pile with other used towels). Summertime fun: Steps away from bike rentals, you can take the free Red trolley to many great trails (Dogs are welcome on trolley). We rent e-mountain bikes at Footloose and ride from there up the hill. Mammoth offers so many outdoor adventures: Hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, golf, fishing, natural hot springs and more. Convict lake is just off the 395 hwy across from Mammoth Airport. Great to walk around the lake you can also rent a boat in summer. Summer Sunsets from Minaret Vista. Just drive up Minaret like your going to Main Lodge. Take that till it dead ends (before the Park ranger station) Turn right and go up. Great place to Star Gaze as well. Rainbow falls hike is through the Park ranger entrance (small fee for parking)... go all the way down the hill and there's a parking lot and easy hike to falls.
