It features: - Three comfortable bedrooms, providing space and privacy for all guests - Two bathrooms, ensuring a hassle-free stay - A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your trip - A bright and welcoming living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring 🚶‍♂️ Prime location: Just a short walk from Praça do Comércio, Rossio, Chiado, and other must-see attractions, with easy access to public transport (metro, tram, and buses). ⚠️ Please Note: The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a traditional building without an elevator, and the staircase is steep, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the entire apartment. For the check-in, a member of our team will welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys. Check-ins after 9 PM are subject to an additional fee, payable in cash at the time of check-in. Other things to note Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in your stay. If you stay for 7 days or more, a complimentary change of sheets and towels can be arranged. ⚠️ Importante information: Unfortunately, there is a water infiltration issue on the ceiling of the twin bedroom, which is under the responsibility of the building management. Please consider, that the building's administration is responsible for this and we do not have a say in situations outside our apartment. However, we always like to inform our guests so there aren't any unpleasant surprises upon arrival. This problem may affect the apartment's functionality during rainy days. We want to inform you in advance so that you are not caught by surprise by the appearance of the ceiling.
