20 m2 studio located in Beaugency, medieval city, in an independent barn overlooking a garden. Access by a stone staircase from the courtyard. Equipped kitchenette (folding table and armchairs), bathroom with shower and toilet. Mezzanine sleeping area (low ceiling and no possibility to walk around the bed). Linen provided. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Parking in secure courtyard. Quiet neighborhood. Castles nearby. 600 m away, shops, bars, restaurants. 800 m from Loire by bike and GR3. The space The studio is new (created in early 2022) as well as the amenities. Night area on mezzanine. You won't be able to walk around the bed, which is very comfortable :) Guest access Parking space in the common courtyard with access by reversing to pass the narrow gate, so a light vehicle is preferable. Other things to note Pets aren't allowed.
