Clément's Air-conditioned Duplex

Completely independent and not overlooked, this atypical accommodation was created in a former outbuilding that has been completely renovated and air-conditioned. The duplex has a small terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation is located in the heart of a very commercial area, a ten-minute drive/bus ride from downtown Angers where parking is easy and free. Bus stop is 30 meters from the entrance. The space You will go through the terrace to get inside. On the ground floor, a living room area with a quality sofa bed, very easy to unfold to accommodate 2 people on a 140 x 190 cm mattress. You will also find a large connected TV, an extendable dining table, a well-equipped new kitchen, a small hallway with a dressing room, a washing machine and access to the bathroom with toilet, sink and a large shower. You will take the metal staircase to access the bedroom, it is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and very comfortable bedding. You will have two nightstands, a low storage cabinet and a small TV. Note that the bedroom remains open to the staircase. The entire property is air-conditioned. The terrace is equipped with a remote-controlled awning. Guest access Entire place Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The staircase is quite steep and narrow. (you can't pass each other) The room has no door or curtains, the bay window and the two Velux windows in the accommodation are equipped with remote-controlled electric shutters. A locked service door is located behind a decorative curtain at the end of the accommodation, this is my private access to clean the accommodation between stays.
