This is about 1600 square feet of private and comfortable space. It is a basement apartment so you will hear some noise from above. Other than that it is like having your own house with great light and views. Great backyard. Near trails and not far from town of Parker. Your private entrance is to the back and downstairs. You have access to the entire basement apartment. Only for longer stays - more than a week - the upstairs laundry can be used. We live here although we travel a lot. Someone will almost always be on-site to handle any issues. We are friendly and sociable but we will give you whatever space and privacy you want. You will always have my number in case there is something that needs to be handled immediately. We are in a rural area of 5 acre properties. There is a horse trail that is walkable throughout the neighborhood. Just over the hill is a paved trail you can walk or bike for miles through a new development. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. The nearest big road does have traffic as a new development was built above us. It is a short drive - about 3 miles into Parker with plenty of stores, shopping, restaurants, bars and lots of parks. We are near the Recreation Center, the Pace Cultural Arts Center and the Parker Field House. We are surrounded by many parks and walking/biking/hiking trails. It is a 30 minute drive into Denver, an hour or less to the foothills west and town of Morrison, and about 2 - 3 hours to the mountains and towns of Breckinridge and Vail. We have plenty of space for 2 vehicles. Parking is in our driveway. You need a car to enjoy the area and get around, although Lyft and Uber do service this area. There is limited public transportation. One dog is allowed. I have poop bags and some toys. Please cover furniture if they like to sit and sleep with you.
