This means the bedding in our condo is changed out with freshly washed linens and duvet cover for each new incoming guest. * Granite counters and appliance upgrades in the kitchen with dining room seating, plus bar stools at the counter! Also, just a short flight of stairs if you want to bypass the elevators. *You access the balcony through the living room and master bedroom. The balcony has seating for outdoor dinner, a cocktail table for your cold drinks, outdoor loungers to work on your suntan, and a perfect spot for your morning coffee. Once you park, you're able to go directly to the condo without needing to stop at the front desk. We'll provide you a secure code for the door, so can come and go as you please without the need to carry a separate key. Guests can access the full private condo. Garage parking is so easy with 3 floors of covered parking spots. Garage is under the building. There are luggage carts are available to help you. Handicap parking is available. Brand new elevators as of April 2023. Parking is covered and directly under the building. So easy to come and go! No need to cross the street or walk across a sky bridge. Parking passes can be purchased for $50 per vehicle per stay, with a max of two parking registrations per reservation. This fee will be paid directly through the online registration system during your registration process. Details will be shared prior to your stay. Resort areas that guest have access to are: heated pools, garage, private beach entrance, gym, 3 gas grills, and an outdoor patio on the 3rd floor.
