You'll be centrally located between Boone (15 min), Banner Elk (20 min), and Blowing Rock (15 min) making shopping, hiking, and skiing incredibly convenient for when you're out and about. When you return, you'll be surrounded by beautiful mountain and tree top views in this cozy and comfortable above garage apartment complete with your own entrance and parking spot. Its complete with a full mattress (frame is placed on the floor), a pull out sofa bed (46" wide), a full kitchen, and bathroom. The space The space is above the garage but has its own access. There is not access to laundry aside from the laundromat in town. For long- term stays, trash and recycling can be accessed at one of the local convenience centers/dumps. Other things to note No animals. During winter, I HIGHLY recommend either AWD or 4x4 drive vehicles only - we get snow and ice often. The space is 20 minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and 40 from Beech Mountain Ski Resort.
