The space The Evergreen Guest House is a 607sq ft 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house with a cozy common space, smart TV, electric fireplace, dedicated work space, stocked kitchen and peaceful country views. The modern decor exudes form and function with thoughtful touches throughout. Enter the home and you are greeted to welcoming entry. Off of the entry is a large supply closet with cabinets, and space to hang clothing, store belongings or keep pantry items if you decide to stock up at the grocery store. The bedroom has a queen mattresses outfitted with comfortable bedding and pillows for a restful retreat. The living room has a large, comfortable couch, smart TV, dining room table with seating for four and a desk work space. Although there is only one bed for two, a third guest could sleep comfortably on the couch. with extra pillows and blankets provided in the storage closet. There is high speed internet throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave and farmhouse sink. You should find all the equipment you need to prepare a tasty meal. Please note there is no dishwasher, washer or dryer in the home. For long term guests we do offer the use of our washer and dryer in the adjacent garage. Tastefully furnished with high end pieces, you are sure to feel comfortable in our space. Guest access The Evergreen Guest House is located on the same property as the hosts private residence. Guests do not have full access to the surrounding property. Two parking spaces on the lower gravel lot are designated for guest. Other things to note + Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (unless arrangements are made with the owner). + There are approximately five steps leading up to the Guest House. Although there is a railing, the staircase can be slick at times so guests with limited mobility should be mindful of this when booking. + There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the property. + A travel crib (Guava Lotus Travel Crib) is available on guest request. + You may be greeted by our very friendly cat outside or by our loving Golden Retriever if she happens to be outside with us.
