Bright and welcoming, the living room offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find a modern and very well-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, large fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine to start your days smoothly. Relax in the living room with a big screen TV, or enjoy your coffee on the balcony that offers stunning views of the Loire. The spacious bedroom has a queen-size bed made on arrival, a large dressing room and a wall-mounted TV for relaxing evenings. In case of high temperatures, a fan is available. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a non-drying washing machine. Secure public parking is available just at the foot of the building. You will be a few minutes from the restaurants of Vieux Tours, the CCOD museum, the Guinguette de Tours (in summer), the shops of Rue Nationale and the universities. The location is ideal for language stays, close to the Institut de Touraine and KEY. The Bords de Loire tram stop is 100m away and serves the Tours TGV station and the city center in 10 minutes. You can park in the public underground car park in front of the residence. We provide you with a small basic grocery store. Other things to note Arrival times are from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. by appointment (we are not on site). An additional charge may be requested for any check-in after 7pm. Check-out is at 10 a.m. at the latest, late check-out is possible depending on the availability of the apartment (ask us on arrival).
