Ideal for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or sharing stories with family and friends ✿ The space Please read and review the full details below before booking: Distance • 4km from the city proper and only 900 meters from the main highway (Ben Palispis/Marcos Highway) Unit Privacy • This is the only rental unit within our family compound. If you’re wondering, no - we don’t have many people around, so there’s no need to worry about crowds. You’ll have the house, grilling area, and porch all to yourself, with no other guests to share them with. It’s all yours to enjoy! Parking • Garage: 1 dedicated parking space. • Public Parking: 1 additional space outside the garage (refer to listing photos for details). Accessibility • Ready for some cardio? Our rental home sits at the top of our compound, accessible only by stairs. That said, if stairs aren’t your best friend, this listing might not be your perfect match. First Floor • Mini living room and dining area. • Kitchenette (additional spacious cooking area available on the porch). • Sink. • Powder room (with a bidet, because bidets make everything better) Second Floor • 1st Bedroom: 2 bunk beds (1 single and 1 double). • 2nd Bedroom: 1 bunk bed (double). • 3rd bed located in the hallway. • Bathroom with hot and cold shower, toilet with bidet. Porch • Equipped with seating and tables. • Sink and gas stove for outdoor cooking. Grilling Area • Ideal for barbecue sessions. • Bonfire setup available (firewood for sale). Kitchen Amenities • Pots, pans, cooking and dining utensils. • Microwave, refrigerator, induction stove. • Electric kettle. Booking Information • Extra Guests: ₱550 per person per night for guests exceeding 5 (excluding Airbnb taxes). • Pets: ₱380 per pet for the duration of the stay Cancellation Policy • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 15 days before check-in. • 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in. • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in. Important Notes • Accessibility: The property is only accessible via stairs (perfect for getting your step count in!). Please reconsider booking if stairs are inconvenient for you. • Power Outages: Please note that a generator is not available on-site. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience, power outages may occasionally occur due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, natural events, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control. • Public Transportation: Being outside the city center means rides can be hit or miss, especially from 8 AM to 5 PM. A little patience (or a Plan B) goes a long way! This property is not located at the city center or along the main highway, offering less exposure to city noise & public utility vehicles compared to central locations. Other things to note Our homestay is part of our friendly compound. My mom, your go-to host, lives in a separate house nearby, and my aunt holds fort next to the outdoor area. Don’t worry, though, they respect your space. Your privacy in the house and outdoor spaces is as sacred as your morning coffee. Baguio’s version of “shhh”: The city observes a Silent Night Ordinance (Ordinance 44-2018) from 10 PM to 5 AM. Let’s keep the noise down (spoiler: the penalty isn’t fun). Smoke break? Yes, but outside. We’ve set up a designated smoking area outside just for you. Inside, though, it’s a smoke-free zone—let’s keep the air fresh for everyone. Only registered guests are allowed in the house. Sneaking in extras? That’ll count as an additional charge, so let’s play fair. Meet the furry neighbors: Our dogs, Cierra and Pupper, live in a secure enclosure next to the house. Don’t worry, they won’t be crashing your stay. Occasionally, our neighbors' dogs may bark during the early hours. Additionally, you might come across stray cats in the outdoor area, particularly drawn by food scents. While we strive to manage these situations, please understand that they are beyond our control and may inconvenience some guests. Old-school charm: We don’t have elevators or power generators on the property. Power outages, whether due to scheduled maintenance or tropical storms, are a possibility in Baguio. Speaking of power outages, they’re not uncommon in Baguio, especially during storms. Just something to keep in mind while packing those power banks!
