Laundry room on terrace with washing machine and sink near the second bedroom. Independant toilets with hand wash. Large living room 30m2 with sofas, armchairs, dinning table where you can easyly work and kitchen (induction stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle). Large terrace and balcony on both sides of the apartment with chairs and table; longchair, beautifull plants and vegetable garden. Wifi. Possible to park the car for free in the street.
