You will get the required amenities to stay in this farmhouse, such as private pool, Lawn area to play some outdoor games like - Football, Cricket, Volleyball and badminton. Vista Farm is a perfect place for weekend getaways with friends, Colleagues and family members. We have a special provision for pre-wedding shoots, corporate parties and events, destination weddings. The space The farmhouse is built on on 1.5 acres of land area, It has 3 luxury bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a huge hall area for party with living and dining room, Separate spacious kitchen besides the main villa. The hall area is equipped with AC and pool table to check your sporty reflexes. With a sitting area around pool is well suitable for the outdoor parties. Lush green lawn area would be a huge add on to your stay for the evening activities. We have in house chef to prepare fresh meals for you. The entire team consists of the manager, House keeping staff, Service team to help you with every possible need! Guest access Check in formalities would be required on time. Cooperation with the staff would be highly appreciated. A security deposit of INR 5000 must be paid at least 12 hours prior to check-in. The entire amount is fully refundable and will be provided if there are no damages or if any extra services are availed at the property. Other things to note Drugs/Narcotics is strictly prohibited. There shall be additional charges of INR 500 per visitor, and the gathering should not exceed thirty people. The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 11:30 pm. We allow DJs to perform at the property at an additional charge. Guests are allowed to conduct a video photoshoot at the property. Additional Information - Smoking is allowed in the balconies and garden area only. - Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. Let's not litter in the property. - Extra mattresses would be provided at the property. - During the extreme cold wave in winters , we request you to please carry extra blankets along. - You are requested to use the pool within the stipulated time frame as there is no lifeguard on duty. - Any guest would be fully responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. - Food ordering apps like Zomato, Swiggy, and Uber Eats are not operational in the area. - Pets may be allowed here. Please speak to us about it at the time of making the booking. The entire farmhouse will be available to the guests. Please note that the pricing mentioned is for the entire place (not per room!).
