Our small village of Haute Savoie has all the necessary amenities and shops (very good butcher and very good baker). We live 20 minutes from Geneva, an international city, 35 minutes from small ski resorts, 50 minutes from beautiful resorts such as La Clusaz or Avoriaz, one hour from Mont Blanc (visit and outing possible during the day), 50 minutes from Evian, its thermal baths and its Casino, Annecy, Switzerland and its beautiful landscapes right next door. Our house is located between the Alps and Lake Geneva, 15 minutes from Geneva and at the foot of the Voirons and the Alps (45 minutes from La Clusaz, 50 minutes from Avoriaz, 35 minutes from Praz de Lys). St Cergues is a very pleasant little village in Savoyard, where you will find a butcher shop, a bakery and a small grocery store as well as other small shops and restaurants. There are 4 large bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a large double bed of 1.80, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 identical bedrooms with a single bed and a mezzanine with a bed of 1.80 m (not a mezzanine bed but a real mezzanine in the bedroom). There are 2 bathrooms, and a shower in the basement in the pool room. There is a large living room: living room, dining room and kitchen are all open. There is also a recreation room in the basement with a heated pool, foosball, bar... We have 2 young girls, so games available, cards, board games. There is a large outdoor area and a large terrace with a gas barbecue and a table for 12 people. It's a house built in 2012, finished in early 2013. The garden is flowered and offers beautiful spaces, as well as the 80 m2 paved terrace with barbecue. The area is rich in activities: lake, swimming, hiking, skiing, sailing, and more.
