Warm and welcoming with lots of natural lighting. Open floor living and dine-in kitchen. Full access to washer and dryer on the first floor. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart T.V, log into any of your favorite channels to catch up on shows or movies. Plenty of parking on site for your cars/trucks and snowmobile trailers, with even more room down by the barn. Enjoy the partially covered back deck, listening to the birds and watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or tea. AT&T cell service works well, otherwise plan on using Wi-Fi calling once you've connected to our internet network. The Area 1 mile access to VAST trail (by taking the dirt road) Kingdom Trails- 30 min Burke Mountain Ski Resort- 30 min Jay Peak Resort- 1 hour Canadian Border- 20 min Spa Nordic Station Magog, Quebec- 1 hour You have full access to the entire house and property, with a private porch attached to the sliding doors off the kitchen. There is a fire pit with seasoned wood and s’more sticks are in the tall cabinet! Washer and dryer are in the mud room with Tide Hypoallergenic pods and dryer sheets for your use during your stay. There is plenty of parking for trailers down by the barn all year long! Gas Grill and Firepit with seating (not available during the winter months)
