The first floor has a living room (with open plan kitchen), opening to an outside terrace with dining and BBQing, and steps to the roof terrace for sunbathing or sitting under the pergola. The bedrooms have ceiling fans for the summer, and underfloor heating for the winter. The living room has ceiling fans and a wood stove. The living room has good wifi and a smart tv.
