E20 has a front-row view with a perfect vantage point to sit back and enjoy a panoramic view of the waves. KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also 3 spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites. LIVING AREAS The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo’s capacity of 6 with two comfortable couches. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance. The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING E20 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has two queen-sized beds where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a single queen bed. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms. EXTRAS -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the unit -A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests. -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -E20 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4). **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. LOCAL AREA E20 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation. If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking! GROCERY STORE: Walmart Grocery 1.2 miles RESTAURANTS: The Harbor is directly North of the complex and an easy walk and has a wide variety of restaurants from Seafood to Italian and Sushi to Mexican. BEACH: Oceanside Beach: < 1 mile. The complex is built directly on the beach and you are just steps from the sand and ocean waves. ACTIVITIES: With the beach and harbor so close there are many activities within walking distance of the condo.
