Quiet stone house between Sarlat and Bergerac

Perigord stone house, just renovated in a small quiet village. Facing the castle and the Lanquais pond, a few steps from the GRP and GR7 hiking trails, you can enjoy our little corner of paradise to recharge your batteries in the green. Discover the Perigord from our pleasant house, close to bastides and castles (Sarlat, beynac, castelnaud La Chapelle etc.), 20 min from Lake Pombanne or the nautical base of Tremolat. The space Renovated stone house of 120 m2 on 3 levels with 2 garden areas (street side and hamlet coast) Small garden in front of the house on the street side (little traffic, area at 30) where you can have lunch or recharge your batteries in front of the castle On the ground floor, a large kitchen lounge with a large wooden table for beautiful tables, a large cantou (Perigord fireplace) functional for winter, and air conditioning for summer. Air conditioning also makes heating in winter. The sofa goes into a sofa bed (140 cm) and there is a heater that can be put in an elongated/bed mode. On the 1st floor, large landing with access to the second garden on the hamlet and forest side, a large room of 25 m2 with a large bed (160x200), storage (possibility of adding an air mattress), a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the top level, large room games room/bedroom with sofa bed (140*190), a large bedroom with a child bed (not usable by an adult) (90 x190) and a closet, a second child bedroom with a single child bed also (90 x190) A bathroom (sink and toilet) completes the floor. The top floor is air-conditioned so you have cool nights in the summer! Linens and towels are only provided for 3 nights as we are not able to manage this logistics.
