Skyline Ranch Cabin - Rustic Modern Getaway

Perched high up on a hill with views facing all directions and the pristine Natural Conservancy Land to hike. Our private cabin is a mix of Rustic and Modern and is truly a hidden Gem like no other. At the end a dirt road with stunning views it overlooks acres of wilderness and boulders. The cabin is serene with dark night skies. Renovated by a local artist it features modern conveniences but most of all the cabin offers guests a peaceful retreat to relax and enjoy the beauty of the desert! The space Hand built in 1953 as a homestead cabin, the cabin was renovated by a local artist- craftsman. It features 14 foot ceilings and upstairs loft style bedroom which is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a state of the art steam shower/sauna in the bathroom. The cabin is perfect for a romantic get away from city-life while still being an easy drive to Joshua Tree National Park, Pappy and Harriet's and other high desert attractions. The fold out couch could sleep a third person if necessary for an extra $50 per night but please let me know ahead of time if you plan to have a third person. The cabin is ideally suited for TWO PEOPLE . The area is surrounded by vistas of pristine land, boulders, and Joshua Trees and is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The bathroom has a custom made wood sink made by a known local Joshua Tree artist. There is a wood burning fireplace and a mini splits- both for AC and heating. The cabin is eclectic in decor, filled with art and most of all it is very cozy and a peaceful place to stay with visiting the high desert! It is your true desert experience and get away! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cabin and outdoor patio areas. There are two patios outside, an upstairs one and one on the ground floor. Parking is available and easy. To the north of the cabin and an easy walk is the Nature Conservancy land and BLM land which beautiful and you can hike to. Please ask me for places to hikes/walk if you intend to. Other things to note *PLEASE READ:* We love dogs and they are welcomed, but no more then 2 dogs are allowed at the cabin. There is an additional non refundable per pet $30.00 pet fee.. If you plan to bring a dog please let me know before you reserve the cabin. Although we love cats, there is a strict no cat policy. *We do not provide firewood, however it is easily attainable in town a short distance away from the cabin. The cabin is centrally located with easy access to Pappy & Harriet's, La Copine, Integratron, Landers, Joshua Tree National Park, Downtown Joshua Tree, Shops and Restaurants. All of these are within 15 minutes from the cabin. It’s ideal for both easy access to town and also located in an area that is hidden, secluded, and private. The night skies are beautiful and quiet surroundings make this cabin perfect for those who wants peace and quiet. This is a very special and unique spot for those who want a restful get away. *SMOKING is prohibited inside the cabin or anywhere outside on the property or areas surrounding the property. The cabin is suited for 2 PEOPLE and no more. ( under certain circumstances a 3rd person could sleep on the fold out couch, however please inquiry before you make the reservation . It is an additional $50.00 per night for a third person.
