Beautiful house in the North Hills suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. 20 minute easy drive to downtown (14 miles from driveway to the city). Close to everything the area has to offer. Easy access to Rt. 28, Rt. 8, PA Turnpike and I-79. Please know I had Superhost status but due to changes at Air B&B they require you a certain amount of stays per year to keep it, unfortunately we only rent our house during the summer so cannot keep up with that expectation. I have a full kitchen with all amenities for cooking. I have a laundry room with access to do your laundry free of charge with detergent provided, all toiletries provided in bathrooms, etc. All you need to do is show up to our house! We live here year round when you aren't here, so this is truly a home as Air B&B was first meant to be, not a rental property. This is a perfect place for families of all ages or groups of friends or business associates. Other things to note A few basic rules: •NO pets. If you own a certified service animal, please let me know before booking to make arrangements so an additional $200 pet cleaning fee can be applied to the booking. •We love and welcome children, but please note that the house is not baby/toddler/child proofed. We have nothing in place that child proofs the house (no electrical outlet covers, no bumper guards on the fireplace, no gates at the various stairs, no cabinet locks, etc.) It is your responsibility to keep you children safe in our house. We cannot be held responsible for any incidents. •Not handicapped / wheelchair accessible. We have several sets of stairs inside and outside, so unfortunately it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. •No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside on the deck, please use ash trays provided. •No burning candles •You may not buy movies through Verizon On Demand. •Absolutely NO PARTIES of any kind. No illegal behavior, this includes drugs and underage drinking. Any guests who drink excessively or gets drunk will be evicted immediately, and no refunds will be given. •Only people in the original reservation are allowed in or on the premises. NO outside visitors. The house should only be used for lodging. •Quiet hours are 9 pm - 10 am. This is a residential neighborhood and neighbors are watching and listening. •Please be respectful of our home.
