Bed and Breakfast offering a breathtaking view of the valley and mountains of the Gulf of Castellammare. Swim in the large pool and enjoy delicious grilled food in the barbecue area. Breakfast is included and daily music in the pool area ensures fun and relaxation. The strategic location near the highway entrance allows you to explore the most characteristic places in Sicily. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away! The parking lot is private and fenced. The space The property offers a common breakfast room for all rooms, where breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The industrial-style room is equipped with a fridge with shelves named for each room ("SEA", "OIL", "WINE"), allowing guests to store their groceries. Outside, a large garden has a swimming pool and a barbecue area. The swimming pool is accessible from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for external guests, while for those staying in the "Ci vulia" B&B, it is also available at night. The barbecue area is equipped with a barbecue, tables with benches and a swing. The use of the barbecue is payable and we will provide you with charcoal, firelighter, tongs and tray. The newly built property, surrounded by Mediterranean nature, reflects the colors of Sicily. It is located a few meters from the highway junction, facilitating access to the tourist resorts of northwestern Sicily. It is just a 5-minute drive from the beaches of Alcamo Marina and Castellammare del Golfo, and the medieval city of Alcamo. In addition, supermarkets, pharmacies, rotisseries, pizzerias and tobacco shops can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car. Fairy tale books, English books and board games are available to make your stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area offers a foosball table, and a bar where you can order an aperitif by the pool. Guest access Guests of the B&B have full access to several areas of the property, including the pool, garden, barbecue area and breakfast room. The swimming pool is not for exclusive use, as multiple guests are staying. The breakfast room is also shared with other guests. You can use the kitchen accessories to prepare quick meals such as salads, sandwiches, etc. If, on the other hand, you would like to cook dishes such as pasta or meat courses, you can request to use the electric stove or the barbecue located outside (near the bar). Use of the barbecue is subject to a surcharge of €10 for the charcoal service. In case of special events, pool access may be restricted, but guests will be notified in advance. Enjoy your stay with all the comforts offered by our property. During your stay The owner of the B&B is present every day at the B&B and is available to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Every morning, I will serve breakfast and will be easily reachable by phone or Airbnb chat for any need during your explorations. During your stay, you can contact him for advice on places to visit or for assistance in booking taxis, boat trips, experiences in the winery or oil mill, and reservations in the best places with excellent value for money. Other things to note The property is less than a 5-minute drive from the sea, characterized by sandy beaches and rocks, ideal for those who want to explore the Zingaro reserve. We recommend bringing beach towels, sunscreen, hats, slippers and hiking or rock shoes to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the area. If you need umbrellas for the free beaches, we can provide them. The best way to reach us: when you get to Stradella di Contrada Molinello, you can follow the white wooden signs with the red text “ci Vulia,” which will lead you along the paved road, whereas the navigation system recommends the less convenient dirt road.
