It has a bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer and hygiene and toiletries. The icing on the cake is a generous terrace with a large table with chairs to enjoy the sun and tranquility (it has an awning). Due to its orientation, you have natural light all day long. The apartment also has a washing machine, clothesline, towels, beach umbrella and chairs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, everything you need to feel at home. If you come with children, ask us if you need a crib, toys, high chair, etc... The apartment is on the ground floor, so you won't have steps to access the house. There are elevators throughout the premises to make it easy to get to all places. Guest access The apartment is inside a beautiful residential development, where you can enjoy up to 5 swimming pools, green areas and gardens, a plaza overlooking the sea and Africa, a park and playground area for children, a table and chair area, a gym machine area, a ping pong table, all this recreational area has free wi-fi coverage. The development has direct access to the ecological reserve of the Dunes of Marbella with its impressive beaches and sunsets. Plus a seaside promenade where you can walk or exercise. You will have access to parking inside the development. 24-hour security guard on premises. Other things to note Parties are not allowed so as not to disturb the tranquility of the premises.
