The space The house is in a splendid area, parallel to the seafront, a stone's throw from the famous "Sfera Grande" by Arnaldo Pomodoro and from Villino Ruggeri, about 500 meters from the historic center. Being inside Viale Trento it is very quiet, in the morning you will hear only birds singing. It was completely renovated in 2021 with the aim of making it a home for lovers of design, vintage and beauty in general. It can be the base for day trips, splendid days at the beach, exhibitions or simply to relax in a seaside town that offers many things and boasts a very comfortable cycle path and a promenade full of restaurants, clubs and games for the little ones. You can forget your car and move only on foot or by bicycle, a real luxury for someone like me who lives in a big city.
