Citizens Chambers 1st Unit: 2 Bed 1 Bath Apartment

Our apartments are located in the heart of Mbale town, in a historic building with traditional Indian architecture for which the region is known. It has been carefully renovated without losing its architectural sensibilities and is a walkable distance to most things in town including the main market, should you want to prepare your own meals in the kitchenette. We also have a rooftop cafe with free wifi for your convenience. The apartment and cafe comprise our social enterprise, detailed below. The space The space itself is very cozy and we take great care to make sure that you feel at home. There are two bedrooms, one large enough to have a small living space and the other with a small sofa. They share a bathroom and kitchenette. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, which has private entrances, along with easy access to the rooftop cafe. Other things to note We are a unique social enterprise focused on hospitality and community that believes in the power of people; in the immense potential of what we can accomplish when we work together to take care of each other. We are comprised of apartment's, Coffee shop and a restaurant that serve both locals and visitors alike. Fifty percent of our profits go toward supporting young surgeons who are completing their training with the College of Surgeons of East, Central, and South Africa (COSECSA) at the Mbale Regional Referral Hospital.
