The space You will have a beautiful, one bedroom entire apartment suite hosted within a 1900s Greenpoint family home. This apartment is half of a floor, the owners reside on premises, but you have the complete suite with privacy. The space comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a full size stove/oven, microwave, a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and hallway. You will have access to half a large closet with luggage racks, hangers, etc. The apartment is quiet by NYC standards, with the occasional neighborly noise heard from other tenants (footsteps above, hallway noise), but we have provided a large air purifier/white noise machine to drown out any incidental NYC noise. The family home is on a quiet, beautiful tree lined street, close to the beautiful McGolrick Park. Please keep in mind the house was built in the 1900's, so expect a charming, classic Greenpoint apartment rather than a new condo.
