L'Epine is a warm village on the Île de Noirmoutier, with its beaches, shops, restaurants and Saturday morning market. Quiet village and 5 km from the center of Noirmoutier. Our single-storey house with a few steps is composed of a bright living room of 27 m2, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, one of which is independent with sink and toilet. It overlooks an intimate and not overlooked inner courtyard, south facing, small garden. The space The accommodation is composed of two bedrooms. The first overlooking the street (one-way street) with two single beds in new condition of 80 x 200 with the possibility of bringing them together, a separate bedroom with sink and toilet, a double bed in new condition 140 x 190. A bright living room of 27 m2 with a sofa bed in new condition, overlooking an unoverlooked south-facing inner courtyard with garden and terrace. Bathroom with toilet completely renovated in 2024 and independent kitchen. There is no parking space with the accommodation, but there is free parking on the street. Guest access Access to the whole property, except the garage. Other things to note You have the choice to do the cleaning yourself. On the day of your arrival, you will be asked for a cleaning deposit of €150 and a damage deposit of €400. These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure if, at the end of the exit inventory, everything is in order.
