Enter into a large breezeway and then step foot into our beautifully remodeled kitchen with dining chairs for 8 guests and all the amenities for a home cooked meal. Full bathroom downstairs with tub and washer/dryer. 1 bedroom downstairs with a king size bed. Spacious living with sectional and bench seat in front of large picture window where you can enjoy a view of the Mystic Harbor. Another living space, large beautifully remodeled sunroom, is off of the living room where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee with access to the backyard through the slider and 2 large windows to let in plenty of natural light. There is also another table to play a family game, work on a puzzle or enjoy a meal. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms and another full bath with shower. Private driveway with room for 4 cars. Family friendly home includes high chair, pack n play/sheet, 2 bed bumpers for toddlers, sound machine, bath tub, beach essentials (umbrella, beach bag/sand toys, cooler, 2 chairs and 8 beach towels), books, puzzles, a few toys (including a dollhouse). All the essentials to make traveling with young children easier for your family. Guest access Access to the whole house and lot Other things to note Mystic has so much to offer and what we love about the location of this home is the close proximity to everything. Grab a lunch to go from Mystic Market (0.25 miles away) and take it down to the beach/playground (300 yards from our home). ***NOTE- Due to summer camp, Mystic YMCA has closed public beach access June 15-August 31st M-F until 4pm. You are welcome to use the beach after 4pm on the weekdays and anytime on the weekend*** If you are looking for a family friendly beach we recommend DuBois beach on Stonington Point. It is a short drive and wonderful for kids-we usually like to go crabbing in the rocks, hunt for seaglass and there is a dock you can swim out to and jump off of. Kids are free. Adults are $10 each for beach access. Parking right there and hose to rinse off. Grab food to cook in our beautiful kitchen from Big Y market (only 0.6 miles away). Walking distance to Sea Swirl, Nana's Bakery & Pizza, Mystic Market East. 1.0 from downtown with all the amazing shops and restaurants of Mystic. Take a drive down to Enders Island and enjoy the gorgeous views along the way. 0.7 miles away from Mystic Train station for those arriving by Train. Short drive to Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Clyde's Cider Mill, Stonington Borough.
