Enjoy a stay in this tranquil isolated rural setting, situated on a small working farm, within easy reach of the beautiful North Devon/Cornwall coast. Relax in this calm, stylish space or venture out for scenic walks on Dartmoor or Exmoor, or closer to home, the Ruby Way and Tarka trails. On request meet our beautiful Red Ruby cattle, Devon Closewool sheep and other animals. A very quiet and comfortable place as a base for exploring the picturesque locality. The space The barn is situated near to the farmhouse. It has its own private patio area with barbecue facilities and sun loungers overlooking a vegetable garden and orchard. The living/kitchen area is open plan and all on one level. There is a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area with smart TV. Super fast fiber optic wifi is available. The 2 bedrooms (1 King sized bed, the other has twin beds or can be combined as Superking) both have ensuite facilities. Guest access Personal parking spaces for 2 cars. Access to a field for exercising dogs. Other things to note 1 dog (up to medium size) is welcome but must be kept under close control near any farm animals. A designated field will be made available for exercising but please clear up excrement. Dogs can only be left alone in the barn if crated and are not allowed on the furniture. Any damage caused will be charged for.
