On Lyle Point - 1 Acre w/ Historic Aframe

A-frame on 1 acre on Lyle Point, near the Columbia river. Plenty of parking, new hot tub, 4 beds inside or you can camp outside under the stars. Hang out with deer, turkeys, squirrels, bluebellies, bald eagles, hawks and small birds. Walkable to the Columbia and Klickitat rivers, hiking trailheads, sandbar, kite-surfing, fishing, swimming, kayaking and downtown Lyle. The space Large property with A frame cabin with large living space, one bedroom next to full bathroom, washer and dryer, one bedroom with attached half bath, den with reading material and DVD's, balcony seating. New hot tub with jets that overlooks the Columbia and Klickitat rivers. This is my grandpas house that he built with his brother in the 60-70's to house my grandma, mother, uncle and aunt. There are 4 beds- one queen size bed in two of the bedrooms, one double pullout/futon in bedroom/office, and one pull-out queen in the living room. We also have an air mattress that is stored in the upstairs bedroom closet. The bedroom/office has a door on it that can be shut to the rest of the house with it's own entrance. The kitchen also has a door to the outside and the living room as a sliding door out to the property. Feel free to camp outside during good weather! Internet: We are on DSL by Centurylink- 11.6 Mbps download/0.55 Mbps upload- should be able to handle streaming an HD video. If multiple devices are streaming video at the same time, you may run into some slowdowns. TV: There is no cable or satellite. There is a HD TV with a dvd player and a dvd library and there are HDMI inputs to plug your own device or laptop if you'd like. Sonos: There is a sonos speaker if you have the sonos app. You can camp outside during good weather or cuddle up to fireplace during cooler times. Watch the sunset as you sip beverages while you watch birds fly by (and gobbling wild turkeys). Eastside of the property is an operating winery. Some days will have activities but we will notify you upon reservation to let you know. Guest access You can access the whole space and cabin up to the fencing and down to the road, but do not have access to the shop where the winery is. Outside of the shop area, wander the rest of the property with a picnic basket and wine glass. Climb up the hill and sit in wildflowers to look toward the river. Other things to note Please stay clear of the shop which is our operating winery. During harvest there is grape delivery and bottling during other parts of the year. We will notify you if we plan on bottling which happens on Wednesdays. The winery is off limits to guest for everyone's safety.
