Factory House

The Kiwanda House is located in peaceful Tierra Del Mar, a small community with access to a gorgeous, low bank, white sandy beach stretching 8 miles. At one end is Cape Kiwanda of Pacific City, home of the Dory Fleet, Haystack Rock, great restaurants, art galleries, and even surfing. The other end is a quiet and serene estuary excellent for crabbing, clamming, bird watching, and ATV riding at sand lake just around the corner. Wi-Fi and cable TV for those rainy days. The space You’ll enjoy the one minute walk to the beach that has hardly anybody on it compared to other beaches in the area. If you want to do a little more people watching, surfing, swimming, or eating Pelican Pub, Headlands resort and spa, and Cape Kiwanda are a 3-5 minute drive from our house. Sandlake the off-road riding area is located approximately 3 miles to the north. Lincoln City’s outlet mall is approximately a 25 minute drive from the house, you can shop, eat, and enjoy the beach there as well. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and all of its contents. With the exception of wet suits and surf boards are off limits please. Other things to note The local bunnies are extremely friendly and will likely eat vegetables right out of your hands. We do charge a one time fee of $50 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets for the additional cleaning and wear and tear on our home. No RV or camping allowed.
