The space The downstairs of the property is made up of a spacious living room, with log burning stove (supplied with logs) in inglenook fireplace, ample comfortable seating, smart TV and DVD player. The large kitchen and dining area has a large oak farmhouse table to comfortably seat 6 people, log burning kitchen stove as well as conventional convector oven, halogen hob, fridge, freezer and ample storage. The laundry area contains microwave, dishwasher, butler's sink, and automatic washing machine. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed, wardrobe storage, armchair, as well as a games cupboard, and a well stocked selection of DVDs. The downstairs shower room comprises shower, WC and hand basin. The entire downstairs has traditional stone floors, and has electric heaters as background heating. The upstairs comprises the master bedroom with double bed, large walk in wardrobe/storage area, plus en-suite toilet and WC, plus a second bedroom with double bed. There is a secure walled patio area to the rear of the property with BBQ and garden dining set. The front garden is traditional country garden, gated and walled, with seating.
