We have created a place with all that would make us feel welcome in a rental apartment. Wifi throughout the property, AC in all rooms, a huge swimming pool, all in close proximity to a wonderful white sandy beach. The apartments are provided with glazed windows thus guaranteeing quiet nights. The villas are located in close proximity to Paje, as Mkunguni Villas is at the beginning of the village of Bwejuu. Note: a solar powered back up system has been installed, avoiding power cuts issues. The space High quality luxury finishings with lots of crafts custom made in Zanzibar and Tanzania. You won't find many properties with these characteristics and this level of care: - Terrazo on the floor, dhow wood and hard wood furniture, a fully equipped kitchen where any chef would love to cook - AC in the bedroom as well as the living room - lots of light - unlimited wifi available throughout the property - solar back up power Guest access Guests will have access to all the common areas, including swimming pool and garden around. Please note that the garden and the swimming pool are common areas to the entire property. As a respectful gesture to the other guests, it is forbidden to leave personal items lying around, as well as hanging clothing to dry besides swimming gear, which should anyway be limited to the veranda of the apartment and never to the common areas.
