It is a studio located in a small residence, a haven of peace where the sounds of birds wake you up in the morning. The accommodation is 100 meters from the supermarket and bus stops. The beach is 350 meters away. This accommodation accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and no babies or children. The space The studio is 30 m2 with a shower, toilet and a terrace without the possibility of cooking but equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. Guest access The pool is accessible to all vacationers. Other things to note - Alcohol and cigarette consumption, monokinis and thongs are prohibited by the pool and in public areas. - Non-residents are not allowed in the residence for security reasons. - Proper behavior and attire required by the pool and in the common areas of the residence. - Rooms are non-smoking. - Towels are reserved for bedrooms only. - The pool is unsupervised and children are under parental responsibility. - Diving, inflatable mattress and ball are prohibited in the pool. - Access to the pool is reserved from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Check-in is between 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:30 a.m. A surcharge of €30 will be applied for check-in before 2:30 p.m. and after 6:00 p.m., an additional night will be charged for check-out after 10:30 a.m. Vacationers must notify management for any check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours.
