The master bedroom is huge with a private balcony, large shower and two walk in closets. The 3rd Bedroom has kids toys, books and videos. We have boogie boards and sand toys for you to use. We have you and your children's needs covered! Large patio with table and chairs to watch the action on the boardwalk go by, or BBQ and enjoy a drink. The home is family managed, which is a benefit to you as a guest because we are available 24/7 should any problems arise (hopefully NOT). Bottom line is we take pride in our rental home as it was once our family home. Always available to assist with any needs. We only live a mile away. I prefer to give my guests space and just be invisible but available if needed. We choose to build in Mission Beach because of its simple, casual lifestyle and unique beauty. It is close to freeway access, close to everything, yet when you get to the Gull's Rest, it is as if you are in a different world right on the beach! Uber from the airport and if you are a beachgoer, you walk, bike, run, jog, stroll, or crawl to the best restaurants and bars, including entertainments within blocks in each direction from the property. Grab a car if you plan on leaving the beach area and taking in more of the surrounding areas of beautiful San Diego.
