Welcome to our carefully renovated 1881 townhouse, spread across three floors (150 m²) - blending historic charm with New Nordic design. We love our carpenter kitchen, cozy living spaces and Danish design classics, bathtub and rain shower, full floor bedroom framed by wooden beams. After a day of exploring, unwind in our private garden - with a coffee or evening BBQ. A lived-in, design-loving family home in Copenhagen’s historic Potato Rows - on a quiet private road just steps from the Lakes. The space The Space — 150 m² of Character, Calm, and New Nordic Design Top Floor A bright, open-plan bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and work desk — framed by beautiful wooden beams. Ideal for reading, relaxing, or getting a bit of creative work done. Middle Floor Main bathroom with a deep bathtub and rain shower. Two cozy children’s bedrooms, each with a desk and playful details. When accommodating six guests, we add a comfortable folding bed in the larger room. Ground Floor The social heart of the house — an inviting open space with a handcrafted carpenter’s kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with Danish design classics. Hallway and guest toilet on this level as well. Outdoors Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunny front yard or an evening BBQ in our private garden — a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire house, including the sunny front yard and the private garden. The small communal area in front of the house, with a playhouse and benches, is shared with our lovely neighbors and adds to the friendly, local feel of the street. Please note: the basement is reserved for storage and not accessible during your stay. Other things to note We primarily rent to families, mature couples, and professionals traveling for work — guests who appreciate a peaceful and respectful home environment. To maintain the calm and charm of our neighborhood, please avoid loud music after 10:00 PM. Our home is part of a quiet, close-knit community, and we kindly ask all guests to help us respect that.
