It is only 5-10 minutes away to the shopping areas & ~25 minutes to Charlotte. We follow Airbnb's 5 Steps Procedures to sanitize & disinfect for your peace of mind. The space The property is ideal for family reunions, executive retreats, friend get-togethers. Wake up in the most relaxed and serene waterfront environment. Amazing big lake views like a ocean all day around including beautiful sun set and sun rise. Bring your own boat (there is a private ramp) or rent one from the many marinas nearby! Enjoy waterfront living on the dock & a platform watching your companions doing all kinds of lake/beach activities (swimming/tubing/beaching/kayaking/fishing/paddle boarding, ...), and a huge deck in the backyard with dinning table and chairs surrounded by nature! Total 8 cars/pickup trucks/SUVs parking space. Please let us know if tank runs out during your stay.) - 2 Large 4K Smart TVs (one in upper level master and one in living room) - a few board games (Poker, Checkers, Bingo, Pictionary (Junior), Beat the Parents, Sunny and Stormy Day, ...) - There are some camp woods underneath the backyard deck and under the trees of front yard. They are free for guests to use until depleted You are responsible for any potential injuries or damages occurred while using these amenities. Guest access SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom #1 (upper level master-huge) with one king bed, private bath, a large 4K smart TV, a queen size sofa bed, a sofa, and a balcony Bedroom #2 (lower level master ) with one queen bed, private bath, a futon bed, a sofa, and a working desk Bedroom #3 two queen beds Bedroom #4 one queen bed with a working desk Large sofa in the living room (sleep one) Two full bath rooms at upper level and one full bath/one half bath at lower level (total 3.5 baths) We provide a complimentary starter kit for your comfort, including bath/beach towels, extra sets of bed linens, hand soap, dish soap, trash can liners, and toilet paper. Please only take the beach towels not the grey towels outside. This is a very private and quiet setting (only 2 houses on the same street/another 3 houses on the nearby street) so please be courtesy to the neighbors. PET FEE Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pet fee of $150 each up to 3 pets per stay needs to be paid before main entrance passcode sent to the guest on arrival date. There are plenty of space to park your cars: BUT PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR CARS IN FRONT OF THE TWO GARAGE DOORS/DO NOT BLOCK THE GARAGE DOORS, and feel free to call us upon your arrival if you need any help. Please be very careful to avoid falling down when you are around the low end of the boat ramp: it may get slippery. Please note, the host & co-host are living in an in-law suite with completely separate entrance, who will provide quick help if needed but will keep quiet all the time. ***Disclosure: We are not liable for any injuries or harm occurred on the premises of any kind.
