Family villa 3 min. walk from the beach

Family villa surrounded by a large fenced garden and located very close to the beach. Plenty of space inside and out and all the equipment for a vacation for several, adults and children. Our large family has spent all its summers there for over 30 years: this is the first time we have rented it out. We hope you will have a happy time there. The space Each of the 5 bedrooms has a bathroom. Bedroom 5 is upstairs, the rest of the house is on one level. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 5 have a dedicated toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 4 share the main hallway toilet (but each has a separate bathroom). Finally, bathrooms 2 and 3 each have a bathtub, while bathrooms 1, 4 and 5 have a shower. A space that can accommodate 3 or 4 cars is located inside the villa's enclosure, closed by a gate. Other things to note 2 min. walk from the villa: a convenience store, a bar/tobacconist/newsagent, a pharmacy and the bus stop to Arcachon or the ocean beaches. 5 min. walk, the sailing club. 10-15 min. walk, the village of Moulleau, with a remarkable ice cream parlor (Aux Délices Glacées), the pier to Cap Ferret and the possibility of renting bikes (in addition to the two adult bikes available at the villa).
