We are only steps away from the beach featuring the tides of the Bay of Fundy and the beautiful Fundy National Park. There is so much to do, hiking, biking, boating, and more to fill those beautiful sunny days. For Pet Policy, fees and expectations, please go to "Other Details to Note" The space Our space: - Open concept Kitchen/living room with a fully stocked kitchen. - Cozy living room with propane fireplace and tv with internet service - 2 full bathrooms, with full laundry facilities in the first floor bathroom - 1st bedroom has a queen size bed - 2nd bedroom has a double day bed with a single trundle - 3rd bed is a charming alcove semi private space with an antique single sleigh bed - sleeps 5 total, but single beds are best suited for children - BBQ is only available in the summer months and is a charcoal unit. Guest access You have access to the entire house while you are here, and it is keyless entry with a code which you will receive on your arrival day. Other things to note Things you will find here, information on second structures and Pet Policy: Second structures: Please note that due to Alma village bi-laws, secondary structures of any kind (tents, campers, travel trailers etc) that hold additional people are not allowed on the property. Pet Policy We know how important it is to have your pet with you on vacation so we have recently opened up the cottage to receiving 1 pet. As a result we have a few items in the policy we would like you to review below: 1. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside in the yard 2. No pets on the beds 3. Alma's beaches are very muddy, so please use the hose at the back deck to clean off dirty pups before entering the cottage 4. Please pick up and dispose of all pet droppings in the yard 5. Lastly, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee for your pet so the cottage can be ready for the next guest. At this time Airbnb does not have the capability to charge this at check out but are presently working on that. As a result, I will send you an email to forward that upon check in through the Airbnb messaging system.
