The world is our home, so welcome home! The building can be accessed by the 2 main entrances. The condo is in the 4th floor and is accessable by stairs and elevator. The main door of the condo leads to a corridor where there are two closets. Behind it lays the living room and kitchen, situated in the same area. The window is the size of a wall and this gives the possibility of natural light throughout the day. The bedroom has a balcony and a toilet accessible from this room. Guests will be able to access the whole condo. We will be happy to assist our guests with advice and instructions, on any matter. In case further assistance is required, we will provide assistance by recommanding specialized professionals. Mangalem 21 is a residential complex, recently build (2021), located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tirana. At the complex you can find all the facilities needed, such as: a supermarket, a bar/restaurant/pizzeria, a bakery shop, a hair-nail saloon, a bookstore, a drug store, out/indoor playgrounds, a kindergarten, recreation and parking areas. Mangalem 21 is an easily accessible area by foot and car. The center of the city can be reached by a 30 minute walk. The complex is 2 km away from the University Hospital Center “Mother Tereza” and 1.6 km from the police station. The residential complex in which the condo is situated, is accesable by foot and by car. There are free parking spaces on the streets outside the complex. There are parking lots inside there, which have reasonable prices.
