Please note that this is a **private room** with a shared bathroom not a private suite. You will share common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) with the hosts. The house has three floors: - **Upper floor:** one for guest and one for the host. - **Second floor:** Living room and kitchen. - **Lower floor:** Occupied by another host. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a comfortable stay. Important Note: The room door can be locked, and it can be locked from the outside when you leave, providing security for your belongings. One key is provided for the main entrance door . Guest access **House Rules for a Comfortable Stay:** 1. **Dining Policy:** To maintain cleanliness and comfort, eating meals (including takeout) is not allowed in the rooms. However, you’re welcome to use the dining area with tables and chairs downstairs. Small snacks are permitted in the rooms. 2. **Quiet Hours:** Please keep noise to a minimum after **11:00 PM** as this is our designated quiet time. The rooms are close to each other, and we want to ensure all guests and the host can rest well for the next day’s work or studies. 3. **Mutual Respect:** We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment. If you tend to stay up late or prefer a more active nighttime routine, this Airbnb may not be the best fit for your needs. 4. NOTE: No cooking of shelled seafood (oysters, clams, etc.) inside the house due to odor and hygiene reasons.
