It's cozy and the view is really magnificent. As you open the balcony doors of the living room, you see Kofineta Square and Spianada in front of your eyes. Turning your gaze to the left you will see the view of the palaces of St. Michael and St. George! Just a few meters walk from the house there is the famous "Liston" street, with many beautiful cafes and bars. Between the two Spianades, at the end of Liston there is a bus and TAXI stop to take you quickly to Kanoni and Pontikonisi. This house is surrounded by life, you will feel at home.
