This is a comfortable two bedroom home with a 72 sq.m.. private pool and garden. The whole property is 763 sq.m. The house is located 10’ away from the beautiful Shinias beach in a quiet neighborhood close to parks and playgrounds, surrounded by a tree fence for privacy. There is free parking outside the house and front garden parking. You can relax by the pool or drive to a lovely sandy beach only 10’ away. The villa is available to rent yearly with big discount. The space This is an independent 80sq.m. family home with a private pool and garden. The space consists of a living- room with a three seat sofa, a sofa table and an armchair; one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joint together and a two seat sofa bed in the living room. There are two dining room tables with 6 chairs; one in the living room and one in the patio overlooking the pool. The kitchen has both a washing machine and a dish washer and is part of the spacious living room, where there is smart TV with Netflix. There is one bathroom. The window shutters are electric. Next to the large swimming pool 6x13m you can use the outdoor shower.The pool is not heated. Guest access This is an detached family home with a private pool and garden. Guests have sole and unrestricted access to the entire place. Other things to note In the summer months the property is visited by a pool specialist and a gardener multiple times a week. The guests are responsible to control minors’ access and safety in the pool area. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of coffee, toilet paper, shampoo and other items but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies. Baby equipment, toys and books can be provided upon request. Parties and excessive noise is not allowed as this is a quiet area with family homes.
