Nestled in the serene environment and lush greenery on the southern side of the island, this modern 2BR beach apartment is only a 3-5-minute walk to the White Beach as well as the Main Road, where you can access public transport. Location is strategic as travelers can live like a local in an off-the-beaten path while still being close to where the action is. The apartment is just right, cozy and is perfect for couples, small groups of up to 4 (i.e. family and friends) and business travelers. This beach apartment is only about 3 minutes by foot to Boracay's world famous White Beach. The overall vibe of the property and the community where it belongs is homey, laid back and tranquil. The property's design theme has a rustic appeal with a modern Asian touch which blends in with the lush greenery on the southern side of the island. The condominium unit is about 34 sq.m in size and is situated on the second floor of the 3-storey (w/ lower ground level) condominium building. The condominium unit's interior has a modern contemporary vibe, split-type air-conditioned, one in each room, with a queen-sized bed on the master bedroom, and a single bed/day-bed on the other room, a kitchenette, 32" LED cable TV, refrigerator w/ freezer, hot and cold shower, and a complimentary fiber line internet with basic speed of 50 mbps. Other than the entire condominium unit, guests and travelers have access to the building's hallways/corridors, the reception area, and the lower ground level gardens which are all part of the condominium building. There is also a covered parking spot, by the ground floor, which is perfect for storing bikes, should travelers plan on renting one during their stay. Half of the time I am out of town but if I happen to be on the island during your stay, I'd be happy to personally meet you. It has always been a delight for me to meet fellow and like-minded travelers with holistic worldview from different parts of the world. Most of the time, I have an onsite team of caretakers and staff who looks after my properties (including you, our dear guests and travelers), will check you in and out, and will provide you with any of your needs during your stay. They also act as your resource persons, other than me, if you have any questions while living your local life in the island. For any of your inquiries, concerns and emergencies, you may message me at the Airbnb portal or you may message and/or approach any of my warm and helpful onsite team of caretakers and staff. They will also provide you with our contact information upon your check in. Do remember that, when you're with us, we want you to feel at home. The property is perfectly located along an off-the-beaten path in Angol Road - the southernmost side of White Beach Station 3, which is also considered as the more serene and laid back part of the island. The place is surrounded by greens. At the lower ground level, there is a garden sprawling with ferns and various tropical plants. Also, just across the road and in front of the condominium building, is the forest greens of the Mandala estate, adding to that tropical and tranquil vibe. The Angol Beach Community, where the property is located, is considered by most Boracay islanders (as well as frequent travelers) as one of the best residential areas on the island. It is off-the-beaten, laid back, serene, but still very close to where the action is and very accessible to the White Beach. This is just right enough and perfect for any traveler who wants to hark back and relive that 'good old' Boracay vibe, rejuvenate and experience living like a local in this side of the island. Getting around is easy. From the property, it will only take you about 3-5 minutes walk to the White Beach path in Station 3 and just about the same, if you plan to go to the Main Road, where you can ride public transport (i.e. single motorbikes, e-trikes, multi cabs). Sometimes, you can even hail e-trikes passing over along Angol Road just by the property's main gate entrance. D'mall in Station 2, which is considered as the downtown and the central commercial area in the island, is about 20-30 minutes walk (depending on how fast or slow one walks). So, either you walk at the beach or take a quick e-trike ride, where you are is pretty near everything - from restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience shops, water sports activities, to sunset viewing while having that refreshing drink during the island's 'magical' hour (Boracay's famous sunset). *Accessibility: 3-5 minutes walk to the White Beach path in Station 3 (Angol side of the White Beach), 3-5 minutes walk to the Main Road, 20-25 minutes walk to D'mall in Station 2 (via the White Beach path), 5-8 minutes ride to D'mall in Station 2 (via the Main Road), 5-8 minutes ride to the Jetty Port in Cagban (via the Main Road) *Location: We are situated in one of the residential communities in the island - the Angol Beach Community. Hence, we have a set of neighbors in the local community. *Vibe and Ambiance: The vibe in the property is serene, gtranquil and homey. The property is beside and in front of the lush forests and greenery of the Mandala estate along Angol Road, which adds to that tropical and tranquil vibe and ambiance. *Early Check In & Late Check Out: We allow early check ins and late check outs as long as we don’t have any back-to-back bookings (i.e. If we don’t have any current bookings on the same unit the night before an arrival and if we don’t have any incoming bookings on the same unit on the day of a check out). If we have back-to-back bookings, we will be following the standard check out time which is at 12 noon and the standard check in time which is at 2pm onwards. *Staff Schedule: Our caretakers are on duty from 8am to 5pm. There is a night guard who patrols over the property's vicinity from 8pm to 8am. *Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. There are smoke detectors placed inside each condominium unit for fire alarm and safety. Smoking, however, is allowed in the following areas: the hallways/corridors of the building, the reception area and front patio, and the lower ground level gardens which are all part of the property's common areas. *Items: Some items are not stored inside the apartment units and may be provided upon requests (i.e. iron, coffee makers, blenders, lan cables, basic first aid kit, etc.) *Power Outage: The apartment has a back up energy courtesy of the standby generator set unit, in cases of power outages in the island. *Limitations: While we always strive to provide our guests and travelers with topnotch service, the property is still a condominium unit located in a local neighborhood. It is not positioned as a hotel and it does not offer 24/7 service.
